First Atlantic Mortgage Services, LLC was established in 1993 by Joan and Patrick Diamond after successful careers in mortgage banking and real estate dating back to the early 1970s. The Company was one of the first mortgage brokerage firms to be issued a mortgage broker license under the then newly-created Delaware State Mortgage Broker licensing laws. The Firm quickly established a reputation for offering outstanding and innovative mortgage programs at very competitive rates, while stressing a high degree of customer service and ethics. First Atlantic Mortgage is proud of the fact that even now the majority of the Company’s business is generated by referrals from satisfied past clients.
Brian Grammer joined the firm in 2004 as a loan officer after many successful years in sales and business management and quickly became one of the top producers in the organization. In 2007 Mr. Grammer acquired ownership of the Company and is now President. Joan and Patrick Diamond are still associated with the firm and remain active in originations.
